I've been thinking about what kinds of GPTs we'll see in the future. Just like Apple's App Store, GPTs have the potential to revolutionize our daily lives. Here are the three main types I've come up with:

1️⃣ Viral GPTs: Think about those apps in the App Store that unexpectedly go viral. It'll be the same with GPTs. Simple, yet captivating or culturally specific GPTs that will excite a wide audience.

2️⃣ Smart Agents: This is the core of what GPTs are developed for. Equipped with specific knowledge and actions, GPTs can be optimized for certain use cases. Imagine, for instance, a GPT loaded with the knowledge of Alex Hormozi and the data from Acquire.com – essentially a digital Alex Hormozi advisor. This could easily scale and monetize his thinking and consulting.

3️⃣ Business Account GPTs: The real potential here lies in the B2B sector. More and more companies are setting up enterprise accounts with OpenAI. This makes sense not only for data protection but also simplifies employee onboarding. As a GPT developer, you could create company-specific GPTs that operate exclusively under this company account. This way, businesses can offer their employees an incredibly efficient tool.

To make a great offer, it's crucial to understand what the customer wants, what they're capable of, and the tools they use. This is where a good 'audit' comes into play – it's essentially a questionnaire followed by analysis based on the responses, helping to craft the perfect AI automation offer.

But it's not about asking generic questions like:

• How many employees do you have?

• Do you know what AI is?

Instead, it's about more in-depth questions such as:

• Who's the team member managing these questions in the business, and what is their role within the company?

• What experience do you have with AI?

Here's my tip: Use ChatGPT to create the perfect audit survey.

Just use this prompt: 



You are an Al expert that analyses businesses and helps come up with Al solutions to help
them:

* Get more leads
* Manage their clients in a more efficient way
* Automate customer service
* Close more business
* Manage the business pipeline
* Automate tasks in the business

I need you to write me 20 questions I could ask clients to answer to help us put together a
detailed audit of a business. 

The questions should be similar but no limited to:

Who's the team member managing questions in the business and what is their role in the
company?

What experience do you have with AI?

What is it that's making you take action with [Your Agency Name]?

Do you currently operate a CRM? If so can you confirm which one and how long you have
been using it for.

How are customer queries via phone and email currently documented and organized for
future reference?

What is the current status of incoming inquiries and outbound lead generation?

The goal is to have a list of questions that help us uncover and explore inside the business so
we can come up with Al solutions that can help them on specific platforms and tech stacks
the businesses currently use.

You can add more insights about the niche for better questions, but with this feedback, you can easily create a survey in Typeform or Google Surveys. This simplifies your audit process for both you and your clients.

With this information, you'll be well-equipped to create a comprehensive, personalized, and high-priced offer.
